Bajirao Mastani 23rd Day Collection – BM 4th Weekend/Saturday Box Office Report: The film BajiraoMastani has been directed by legendary director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and has turned out to be a magnum opus film. The movie was a dream project of SLB and it took many years to hit the floors. 

The super hit film of 2015 faced many challenges, with primary being many allegations and petitions against the movie on the storyline of the movie and two songs, Pinga and Malhari. The other challenge which the film faced was that Shahrukh Khan starrer movie Dilwale was also released simultaneously with it and the total number of screens were split up.

Bajirao Mastani was released in over 6000 screens and collected Rs. 12.81 crores on Friday at boxoffice. The talkie is starred with talented and young actor Ranveer Singh. The female lead role has been played by two of the most beautiful actresses, Priyanka Chopra, and Deepika Padukone. 

This was the first time that Priyanka Chopra has worked with Deepika Padukone in the movie.

There was news around the corner that both Deepika and Priyanka were not so close before the shooting of the movie, but after the movie, they became really good friends.

Priyanka Chopra also arranged a special premier of her movie to the star cast of Quantico team, whose shooting was completed a few weeks back and Priyanka even got the people’s choice award for the same as well.

On 23rd day at the box office, the occupancy report of the flick came down due to the release of Farhan Akhtar’s Wazir, which was released on January 8th.
